Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. We will make every effort to ship your order as fast as possible. Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following services for Domestic service.

USPS Standard (3-5 Business Days)

USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days)

USPS Express (1-2 Business Days)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Fantasy Kids Designs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages

Fantasy Kids Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

We Offers free shipping for first class (3-4 Business days) This applies to first class USA orders only.

For personalized items, we ship quickly! Typically, your special order like white T-shirts takes only 1-2 business days to process and then ship the next business day. Some more custom items like color sleeves T-shirts, Pajamas, Announcement pillows, that require proofing and more custom changes will take up to 1 week to finalize and ship.

Plan on at least 5-8 business days from the day after ordering to mailbox in the US. Rush shipping options are available at checkout that will greatly increase your delivery arrival time! 🙂

This applies to domestic US orders only

Fantasy Kids cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages. The postal UPS receipt will serve as confirmation of shipping, but please contact us prior to purchasing or in the notes when ordering if you’d like to purchase insurance on your USPS items as it does not come standard in USPS shipping.
